Parcel Protection:
We offer Parcel Protection on all parcels for an additional fee of £7. This covers your order when in the hands of the courier. If you purchase Parcel Protection and your item is damaged or lost, Refine Group will send out a replacement. If an item is delayed by 3+ days we will send out a replacement after the 3 days.
If you choose not to take out Parcel Protection, the customer will need to open an investigation with DPD. This can be a lengthy process, sometimes taking several weeks, with no guarantee of the full refund from DPD. DPD will only insure your parcel up to the value of £100, if Parcel Protection isn’t chosen. This is DPDs policy, and the refund will come from DPD, not Refine Pharma.
We highly recommend that customers purchase this additional cover, as we will immediately send out a replacement if the parcel is lost and parcel protection is chosen.
Please note the customer is responsible for their delivery, therefore we do advise being in on the day of delivery, if delivery is missed this is the customer’s responsibility. If DPD attempts delivery three times and is still unable to deliver, the parcel will be returned to Refine Pharma. In this case, we will contact the customer to rearrange delivery. Please note that for fridge line products, we do not issue automatic refunds due to the nature of the items. If you still require the products, a new delivery will be arranged.
Please be aware, if delivery is missed, the courier may deliver to the nearest DPD collection point.
If delivery isn’t completed, Refine Group will not be responsible for any fridge lines.
PLEASE NOTE:Â During busier times of the year, we cannot always ensure that the courier will deliver your parcel during the chosen time slot. This is out of our hands and control, though we will always try our best to ensure that your parcel is sent out and received on time.
